Profile – Customer Support Executive (only Females)
Exp – in e-commerce 6 months exp is mandatory
Location – Work From Home - Jaipur
visit to office once a week.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, and other online platforms, always maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour.
2. Provide accurate information about our gemstone jewelry products, pricing, and availability through online channels.
3. Assist customers with online order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
4. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, utilizing online resources and communication tools to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
5. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our gemstone jewellery collection to effectively address customer queries and provide personalized recommendations.
6. Collaborate with remote team members to enhance overall customer experience and identify opportunities for process improvement.
7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our online CRM system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in documentation.
8. Uphold Juwelo's brand standards and customer service policies while delivering exceptional support in an international work environment.
Time – 2 PM to 10:30 PM
Qualifications and Education
· Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is essential.
· Previous experience in online customer service or a related field preferred, preferably in the retail or jewellery industry.
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Excellent written communication skills with a focus on online communication etiquette and professionalism.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences.
· Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote setting, with a reliable internet connection.
· Proficiency in using online customer service tools and software, including CRM systems and chat platforms.
