JOB DESCRIPTION:

Since this is a flexible work opportunity, there are no mandatory minimum hours of work required. However, we have observed that approximately 5-6 hours daily are needed to cater to customer requirements and build the business.


The Holiday Expert model operates completely on a variable pay-out system. The amount of monthly pay-out depends on factors such as bookings done for holiday packages, the total value of these bookings, customer -focussed parameters and adherence to processes. Apart from this, we regularly run incentive campaigns, gift voucher offers, vacation offers, travel incentives and more to enhance the overall benefits for you.

Full job description

Profile – Customer Support Executive (only Females)

Exp – in e-commerce 6 months exp is mandatory

Location – Work From Home - Jaipur

visit to office once a week.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, and other online platforms, always maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour.

2. Provide accurate information about our gemstone jewelry products, pricing, and availability through online channels.

3. Assist customers with online order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

4. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, utilizing online resources and communication tools to achieve satisfactory resolutions.

5. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our gemstone jewellery collection to effectively address customer queries and provide personalized recommendations.

6. Collaborate with remote team members to enhance overall customer experience and identify opportunities for process improvement.

7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our online CRM system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in documentation.

8. Uphold Juwelo's brand standards and customer service policies while delivering exceptional support in an international work environment.


Time – 2 PM to 10:30 PM


Qualifications and Education

· Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is essential.

· Previous experience in online customer service or a related field preferred, preferably in the retail or jewellery industry.

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

· Excellent written communication skills with a focus on online communication etiquette and professionalism.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences.

· Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote setting, with a reliable internet connection.

· Proficiency in using online customer service tools and software, including CRM systems and chat platforms.
