The role 

Poly is seeking a qualified candidate who can work as a 1st Level Technical Support Representative. Candidates with basic computing knowledge will be preferred for initial troubleshooting with customers and partners. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Creates Cases within supplied Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system 

  • Provides direction to customers promoting online self-service and web based solutions 

  • Work with customers in a phone based remote role, e- support, e-chat, or similar environment 

  • Escalates unresolved customer issues to Tier 2. 

  • Manages and updates customer issues and requirements and responds in a timely manner 

  • Proactively assists customers and takes ownership of issues assigned and handled. 

  • Achieves specified performance goals 

  • Ready to learn and upskill to advance technical role. 

  • Adaptive to night shift without any persistent ailment or hindrance to work-life balance. 


Job Complexity 

Works on problems of elementary scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Has internal and external contacts. 

 

Supervision 

Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on cases as required and specific processes. Will be accountable for all tasks assigned for timely execution and completion.

Experience in UI design, Commerce Server, and Content Management Systems is a plus. Candidate must be able to work in a team setting as well as an individual setting and must have strong architecture and conceptual skills.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and modify Microsoft ASP.NET Applications, .NET components, Web Services, and Enterprise Services components
  • Design, develop, and maintain SQL database schemas and scripts, including views, triggers and stored procedures
  • Deploy .Net systems to various production and pre-production environments and troubleshoot issues
  • Create technical documentation such as design documents, specifications, software architecture documents, and instructions

The objective for a Customer Support Intern is to be able to provide excellent customer service while gaining a deep understanding of our products.

Responsibilities

  • Handling customer queries and resolving issues related to products of Springworks.

  • Being educated about product features, operations process, keep the relevant stakeholders updated on the feedback.

  • Understanding products and services in detail to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Problem-solving skills to effectively address and resolve customer issues.

  • Exceptional communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.

  • Hands-on experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant applications like Trello, Zoho Desk, SalesIQ, YAMM, Google Sheets etc.

  • Continuous improvement of the support process by providing feedback and suggestions based on customer interactions.

Your work plan for first few weeks-

1st & 2nd week-

  • Training on the way we communicate, the softwares that we use to communicate, and their functionalities in detail.

  • Training on our products in detail and handling 10 insufficiency tickets per day.

3rd & 4th week-

  • Getting to know more about insufficiency, trackers that we use and handling and closing 30 insufficiency tickets per day.

  • Getting to know the support function and the work, closing 50 tickets per day.

5th week-

  • Handling insufficiency emails independently and clearing the emails from Team’s list.

  • This is a full time internship opportunity and you should be available for a minimum duration of 9 months.
  • This role requires you to work in night shift (10pm - 7am), applicants comfortable with doing a night shift can apply.
