Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Willing to work night shifts (Non-Rotational)

5 days working

Fixed Saturday & Sunday off

Key Responsibilities:

Good to have experience as a Quality Analyst/Quality Auditor/Call Auditor.

Ability to seamlessly manage conflicts.

Good to have a basic understanding of BPI tools (Pareto etc.)

Proficiency in MS Excel required

Self-motivator

Positive attitude & Flexible

Ability to perform with minimum supervision

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education & Experience:

Positive attitude

Flexible & Aggressive

Excellent communication skills (Spoken and Written)

Work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced agency environment

Graduate in any field

Strong work ethic

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

Must have a reliable internet connection

Must have a demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines.
